I told them on a Friday afternoon and I was told they could be there on Sunday to replace my golf cart batteries. He also mentioned it was possible he could be there later on Saturday. To my surprise, I got a phone call on Saturday saying he in fact could be there that day. He showed up about 45 minutes later. Within about an hour my golf cart was running like new again.

I was told by another repairman that I needed a rear end assembly and the man said he ordered the part but I never heard from him again! I called Brian at On Site GolfCart Repair at 11 am. Brian picked up my cart at noon that day and replaced the bearings inside the rear end housing and had it back to me by 5:15 the same day and I didn’t have to buy the entire assembly which was a very expensive part. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend On Site Golf Cart Repair for his expertise and for getting it done in such a timely manner.
